As the we reported earlier, Zync Global has recently launched three new tablets as Dual 7.0, Quad 8.0 and Quad 9.7 in the Indian market. These new tablets are powered by quad-core and dual-core processors and come in a wide range of screen sizes including 7-inch, 8-inch and 9.7-inch. The new range of tablets come with Android 4.1 (Jelly Bean) operating system out of the box.
On launching the Dual 7.0, Quad 8.0 and Quad 9.7, Ashish Garg, Director, Zync Global, said;

Our Quad 8.0 would be the first ever 8 inch tablet in India and the Quad 9.7 would be the only tablet with an LED-backlit Super HD IPS Display which the company has launched at such exciting price points. Zync has been dedicatedly worked on bringing value for money products for its users and we are sure with the quad core tablets, these offerings are going to create a rage amongst the younger audiences.”
Among all the three tablets, the Quad 9.7 has the superior specifications with a 9.7-inch (2048 x 1536 pixels) LED-backlit Super HD IPS panel with 10-point multi-touch support, the company claims that the tablet is the India’s first tablet with such display and moreover, it is claimed to have an equivalent display-quality as the Apple’s iPad 3 Retina Display.
Zync Quad 9.7 is powered by a 1.5GHz quad-core processor with Mail-400 GPU and there is 2GB of RAM. For storage, there is 16GB of internal storage along with a microSD card slot. The tablet has a 5-megapixel on the rear and a 2-megapixel camera on the front for VoIP calling support. The tablet packed with an 8000mAh battery and weighs 603 grams. Zync Quad 9.7 tablet will be available with the price tag of Rs.13,990.
Moving towards the second one in the series, the Quad 8.0 has an 8-inch display with 1024 x 768 pixels resolution. The tablet is powered by a 1.5GHz quad-core processor with Mali-400 GPU and 2GB of RAM. For storage, there is the same 16GB of internal storage along with a microSD card slot for expansion, identical to the Quad 9.7. The tablet has a 5-megapixel camera on the rear and a 2-megapixel camera on the front. The Quad 8.0 packed with a 5400mAh battery and weighs 471 grams. Zync Quad 8.0 will be available for the price of Rs.12,990.
Coming towards the last one in the trio, the Dual 7.0, as the name suggest, has a 7-inch display with 800 x 480 pixels resolution. The Dual 7.0 has a dual-core processor with the clock-speed of 1.6GHz, there is a quad-core GPU and 1GB of RAM. For storage, the tablet has an 8GB of internal storage along with a microSD card support. Zync Dual 7.0, being the most inferior in the series, has a 2-megapixel camera on the rear along with a 0.3-megapixel camera on the front. The Dual 7.0 has a 3000mAh battery and weighs 313 grams. The Dual 7.0 will be available with the price-tag of Rs.5,990.
In terms of connectivity, all the three tablets have Wi-Fi and a microUSB port for data syncing and charging capabilities. These tablets also come with pre-installed Office files supportive apps along with Skype, GTalk, MSM and Yahoo for enhanced user experience. Besides the apps, these tablets will have pre-installed Adobe Flash Player for playing media contents while surfing the web. A number of additions including G Sensor, FM Radio, Integrated speakers and 3.5mm jack are also feature on all the three tablets.
These three tablets will be available at the retail stores in the country, the concern has also announced that a number of online stores including Naaptol.com, Homeshop18.com, Flipkart.com, Themobilestore.com, Tradus.com, Infibeam.com, Shopping.indiatimes.com, seventymm.com, Snapdeal.com, Indiaplaza.com and a few more will started selling these tablets in the coming days. Zync is also going to support cash on delivery facility for all the orders received from the company’s website.
