ZTE launches 6 smartphones in India including ZTE Grand X Quad Lite

Popular Chinese manufacturer, ZTE Corp. taken a step into Indian smartphones market today with 6 new smartphones. The lineup has ZTE Grand Quad Lite as the flagship smartphone and all the smartphones in the lineup are targeted to the budget-conscious consumers in India with the starting price of Rs.5,799. The company has also launched four 3G datacards in its Swift series priced between Rs.1,799 to Rs.2,499.

On launching new ZTE smartphones and datacards in India, Xu Dejun, CEO of ZTE India, said;

“Today ZTE enjoys a customer base of over 32 million Indian handset users. With the initial launch of six devices priced between Rs 5,000 and Rs 15,000, we will build further on our handset portfolio in the months to come. By the year end, we aim to have our pan India presence with the smartphones and data cards”

The new range includes ZTE Kis Flex, ZTE Blade C, ZTE Blade G2, ZTE Blade E, ZTE Blade L and the flagship ZTE Grand X Quad Lite. All the smartphones in the lineup has dual-SIM support. In terms of connectivity, these smartphones support Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and microUSB port.

Starting with the entry-level, ZTE Kis Flex has a 3.5-inch QVGA display and runs on Android 2.3 (Gingerbread) operating system. The smartphone is powered by a 1GHz processor with 256MB of RAM and 512MB internal storage along with microSD card support. There is 2-megapixel fixed-focus camera sensor on the rear and the smartphone packs with a 1200mAh battery. ZTE Kis Flex is having a price tag of Rs.5,799.

ZTE Blade C has a 4-inch WVGA display and runs on Android 4.1 (Jelly Bean) operating system. The smartphone is powered by a 1GHz processor with 512MB of RAM and 4GB internal storage along with microSD card support. The smartphone has a 3-megapixel fixed-focus camera on the rear along with 720p (HD) video recording support. The smartphone packs with a 2000mAh battery and comes with the price tag of Rs.7,599.

ZTE Blade G2 has a 4.5-inch display with FWVGA resolution. The smartphone runs on Android 4.1 (Jelly Bean) operating system and powered by a 1GHz quad-core processor along with 512MB of RAM and 4GB of internal storage. The smartphone has 5-megapixel camera sensor on the rear along with HD video recording and a 0.3-megapixel camera is available on the front. The smartphone is priced at Rs.11,599.

ZTE Blade E has a 4.5-inch IPS FWVGA display and runs on Android 4.1 (Jelly Bean) operating system. There is a 1.2GHz quad-core with 512MB of RAM and 4GB internal storage along with microSD card support. A 5-megapixel camera sensor is available on the rear and a 0.3-megapixel camera is available on the front. The smartphone priced at Rs.11,999.

ZTE Blade L has a 4.7-inch WVGA display and runs on Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) operating system. The smartphone is powered by a 1.2GHz dual-core processor along with 512MB RAM and 4GB internal storage. There is a 5-megapixel camera available on the rear and a 0.3-megapixel camera is available on the front. The smartphone is having a price tag of Rs.12,599.

Last one in the series, ZTE Grand X Quad Lite has a 5-inch qHD display and runs on Android 4.2 (Jelly Bean) operating system out of the box. There is 1.2GHz quad-core processor along with 1GB of RAM and 4GB internal storage. The smartphone has a 5-megapixel camera on the rear and a 0.3-megapixel camera is available on the front. The smartphone packs with a 2,500mAh battery and priced at Rs.14,999.
