Yes Bank has emerged as the most followed bank in the world on Twitter. With over 1.1. million followers, the Mumbai-headquartered bank is turned out to be the “fastest growing bank” around the globe.
While Yes Bank is the fifth largest private sector bank in the country, it is already considered among the top five bank brands across social media in the world as per the Financial Brand.

Yes Bank has more than four million likes on Facebook and is the highest followed bank on Instagram in the Indian region.
Recently, Yes Bank announced that its Yes Tag chatbot surpassed 10,000 transactions. The bot can be accessed through apps like Facebook Messenger, Twitter, Skype and Telegram and offers basic banking services including recent transaction details and cheque book request.
