While the official announcement is yet to take place, Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 Lite (SM-T110 and SM-T111) existence confirmed from a user manual. Surprisingly, the user manual spotted on Samsung Poland website and an online store in the region also started taking pre-order for the Galaxy Tab 3 Lite.
Apparently, Samsung is in a mood to unveil cheaper version of its latest Galaxy series devices, with “Lite” tag. After the buzzes of the Galaxy Grand Lite and Galaxy Note 3 Neo, the Korean giant is now in the news for its Galaxy Tab 3 Lite. According to the official user manual and listing at the Poland-based online store, Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 Lite is the tweaked version of the original Galaxy Tab 3 with inferior specifications.
The listing states that Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 Lite has a 7-inch display with 1024 x 600 pixels resolution. The tablet runs on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean operating system and powered by a Marvell PXA986 chipset with a 1.2GHz dual-core Cortex-A9 CPU. There is 1GB of RAM and 8GB internal storage and the tablet packs with a 3600mAh battery.
The online store is demanding 499 Polish Zloty (Rs. 10K approx.) for the Wi-Fi only Galaxy Tab 3 Lite (SM-T110) and 799 Polish Zloty (Rs. 16K approx.) for the 3G variant (SM-T111).
The user manual has shown the designing of Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 Lite. With the measurement of 193 x 117 x 9.7 mm and 310 grams weight, the Galaxy Tab 3 Lite is larger and heavier than the original Galaxy Tab 3.
