Samsung earlier unveiled its flagship smartphones in March-April but now the Korean giant reportedly scheduled the release date of Galaxy S5 sooner than earlier releases. As per a new report, Samsung Galaxy S5 reportedly debut in mid-January, next year.
According to a report by Korean source Naver, Samsung Galaxy S5 is expected to be released in the month of January, next year and reach the market in February. Apart from the release schedule, the source has also unearthed some specifications of the new flagship. Samsung Galaxy S5 will powered by a 64-bit Exynos 5430 chip and come a 16-megapixel camera with low-light shooting capabilities and Optical Image Stabilization (OIS), as per the report. The smartphone also reportedly feature a fingerprint scanner to compete Apple iPhone 5s and HTC One Max.
In addition to the report, Samsung has recently announced ISOCELL image sensor for better picture production in low-light and a 13-megapixel camera sensor with OIS which would be a part of the Galaxy S5. Unlike the earlier Exynos 5 Octa chips, the Korean manufacturer has introduced Heterogeneous Multi-Processing (HMP) solution which also expected to debut on the Galaxy S5 smartphone. Samsung has recently confirmed that the new smartphones will have 64-bit processing so the new flagship smartphone certainly have a 64-bit chip.
