Opera Mini for Windows Phone released, but available in beta

After much anticipation, Opera Software has released Opera Mini web browser for Windows Phone. Users can now download the web browser by visiting Windows Phone Store but the app is currently available in beta.

Opera started beta testing program for its Opera Mini web browser last week and today the app finally arrived to Windows Phone Store. Interestingly, the web browser is available for everyone, including all those users who have not even registered for the beta testing.

Similar to its counterparts, Opera Mini for Windows Phone comes with features like Speed Dial, Tabs and Save pages. In addition, there is the most popular Data Savings feature which is claimed to save data consumption by reducing the webpage size to 10 percent.
