Microsoft today launched the Lumia 650 in India with a price tag of Rs. 15,299. The new 4G smartphone runs on Windows 10 Mobile out of the box.
The Microsoft Lumia 650 is the successor to the last year’s Lumia 640 and sits after the Lumia 550. It features a 5-inch AMOLED ClearBlack display with 1280 x 720 pixels (HD) resolution and comes with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection on the top. Under the hood, it has a 64-bit Qualcomm Snapdragon 212 chipset with a 1.3GHz quad-core CPU and 1GB of RAM.
Microsoft has provided the latest version of its Windows 10 Mobile with Cortana integration. The smartphone has 16GB onboard storage that can be expanded via a microSD card of up to 200GB capacity.
For capturing images, the new Lumia device has an 8-megapixel rear camera sensor with an LED flash. A front-facing 5-megapixel camera sensor is also available along with an LED flash to let you take your selfies on the go.
The smartphone packs a 2,000mAh battery that is claimed to deliver up to 26 days of standby time on a single charge. Besides, there is Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, A-GPS and a microUSB port on the connectivity front and dual-SIM support with dual-standby technology.
