Micromax Canvas 4 A210 is set to be launched in India on July 8 but in the meanwhile the key specifications of the smartphone leaked online. The Indian vendor has already started pre-booking of the Canvas 4 and now the leaked specifications are somehow suggest consumers on taking their buying decisions.
A popular Android-centric blog in India, AndroidOS.in has leaked some of the key specifications of Micromax Canvas 4 A210 which are claimed to be received from a reliable source. The leaked specifications states that the upcoming Micromax Canvas 4 will have an HD (720p) resolution display of 5-inch, however, earlier the display was expected to have a large size and full-HD resolution.
The Canvas 4 leaked specifications stated that the smartphone will be powered by a MediaTek MT6589 SoC with a quad-core 1.2GHz Cortex-A7 CPU with PowerVR SGX 544 GPU and 1GB of RAM. The smartphone will have 16GB internal storage along with a microSD card slot. It is quite certain from the press shot that the Canvas 4 will have a 13-megapixel sensor on the rear along with an LED flash and the leaked report revealed that there is a 5-megapixel camera sensor on the front. The smartphone packs with a 2000mAh battery and runs on Android 4.2 (Jelly Bean) operating system out of the box.
As far the designing and dimensions are concerned, the Canvas 4 will have 8.9mm in thickness and weighs 145 grams, as per the leaked specifications. The report states that the smartphone will have aluminum frame and plastic body construction in terms of designing. Pricing of the Canvas 4 is still a mystery but the source has suggested the price tag of nearly Rs.16-17K.
