Lenovo Phab Plus goes on sale in India for Rs. 19,059

Lenovo has silently started selling the Phab Plus tablet in India. The tablet, which was unveiled at the IFA last month, is now available for purchase on Amazon India with a price tag of Rs. 19,059.

The online marketplace has listed the Gunmetal Platinum version of the Lenovo Phab Plus. Customers can also opt for EMIs on the retail price to get the new device on as low monthly installments as Rs. 1,702.

Unlike the 7-inch tablets, the Phab Plus has a 6.8-inch IPS display with 1920 x 1080 pixels (full-HD) resolution. There is a 1.5GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 (MSM8939) processor with 2GB of RAM and 32GB internal storage. Also, the tablet has a microSD card slot for expanding the storage up to 64GB.

The tablet has Dolby Atmos sound and runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system with Vibe UI on top. On the imaging front, it has a 13-megapixel rear camera sensor along with dual-LED flash and a 5-megapixel front camera sensor.

Lenovo has provided most of the commonly used connectivity options on the Phab Plus that includes Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, A-GPS and a microUSB port with USB OTG support. Besides, it packs 3,500mAh battery that is claimed to deliver up to 24 hours of backup on a single charge.
