The growing consumption of local language content on mobile phones is a clear indicator of the need for vernacularising the Smartphone ecosystem for bridging the gaping digital divide.”

For capturing images, the smartphone has a 3.2-megapixel rear camera sensor along with an LED flash and a 1.3-megapixel front camera sensor. It has Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, A-GPS and a microUSB port.
