Intex Technologies today expanded its affordable smartphone lineup by launching the Aqua Craze 4G in India. The new 4G smartphone comes with a price tag of Rs. 6,190.

The Intex Aqua Craze has a 5-inch HD Oncell display with 1280 x 720 pixels resolution. Under the hood, there is a 1.3GHz quad-core processor along with 1GB of RAM and 8GB internal storage. The smartphone also has a microSD card slot to let users expand the built-in storage by up to 32GB.

“Aqua Craze is a brilliant device from the house of Intex and is a true delight for the consumers,” said Sanjay Kumar Kalirona, mobile business head, Intex Technologies, in a statement. “The affordable 4G smartphone has features which will leave the consumers spell bound.”

Intex has provided Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system on the Aqua Craze with Matrabhasha feature to enable 21 regional languages on the interface. Also, there are pre-installed apps such as Intex Service, Follo, Opera Mini, Clean Master, Newshunt and Myntra among others.

The smartphone sports an 8-megapixel rear camera sensor along with an LED flash and a 2-megapixel camera sensor is available on the front. Besides, it has Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, A-GPS and a microUSB port on the connectivity front and a 2,500mAh battery with up to eight hours of talk time and seven days of standby time.
