Iberry launches Auxus CoreX2 3G and Auxus CoreX4 3G tablets in India
India is emerging tablets market for all the major tablet players and of course domestic players also giving some innovative tablets in the country. Now a technology firm, Iberry launches two new tablets in the Indian market with featuring 3G SIM slots for making phone calls and Internet browsing. The two tablets coined as Auxus CoreX2 3G and Auxus CoreX4 3G.
In a release statement the company states;
“When the current Indian tablet PC market is flooded with price-driven tablet PCs, we take immense pleasure and pride to announce the launch of India’s 1st dual-core CPU and quad-core CPU based tablet PCs, both with inbuilt 3G SIM slot for calls and Internet. With most of the current Indian tablet PC companies focussing on low-end low-price tablet PCs, we at iberry take a leading edge in the market with our new ventures, Auxus CoreX2 3G and Auxus CoreX4 3G.”
Starting with the first one, Iberry Auxus CoreX2 3G spots a 7-inch IPS panel display with 1280 x 800 pixel resolution. The Auxus CoreX2 is powered by dual core 1.6GHz Cortex-A9 processor with 1GB of RAM and Mali 400MP GPU. In terms of storage, there is 8GB of internal storage and feature a microSD card slot for expansion up to 64GB. There is a 2MP rear camera along with a VGA front camera. The all new Auxus CoreX2 3G, as the name suggests, comes with a 3G SIM card slot which support data and voice calls support using any SIM card.
The Auxus CoreX2 3G measures 197.5 x 123 x 9.6mm and weighs 312g, the tablet finishes with Metallic finish. The tablet comes with Android 4.1 (Jelly Bean) operating system out of the box. In terms of connectivity, there is Wi-Fi with 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth v4.0 with A2DP, 3G/EDGE and an HDMI port. The Auxus CoreX2 3G packs with a battery of 4,100mAh capacity and the tablet is priced at Rs.10,990.
Moving towards the next one, Iberry Auxus CoreX4 3G, the tablet spots a 9.7-inch IPS display with a 1024 x 768 resolution. The Auxus CoreX4 3G is powered by a Samsung Exynos 4412 quad-core 1.6GHz processor with 2GB of RAM and the Mali 400MP GPU. In terms of storage, there is 16GB built-in storage with a microSD card for up to 64GB of storage. There is a 2MP camera on the rear and a VGA camera on the front. As the Auxus CoreX2 3G, Auxus CoreX4 3G also supports 3G data and voice calls support using any carrier network.
The Auxus CoreX4 3G measures 246 x 197 x 11mm and weighs 612g, the tablet feature Matt finish. Iberry Auxus CoreX4 3G comes with slightly older, Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) operating system out of the box. In terms of connectivity, there is Wi-Fi with IEEE 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth v4.0 with A2DP, GPS, 3G/EDGE and HDMI port. The tablet packs with 7,200mAh battery and feature a price tag of Rs.15,990.
