HTC has announced price cut on the Desire 626 Dual SIM and Desire 728 Dual SIM smartphones in India. Prices of both the dual-SIM 4G smartphones have been reduced by Rs. 1,000 in the country.
With the new development, the HTC Desire 626 Dual SIM in Blue Lagoon and White Birch color options is now available for Rs. 13,990, while the HTC Desire 728 Dual SIM is available for Rs. 16,990. The Desire 626 Dual SIM was launched last week with a price tag of Rs. 14,990 and the Desire 728 Dual-SIM was launched in January for Rs. 17,990.
Both the Desire series smartphones have dual-SIM support with 4G LTE connectivity to deliver high-speed data access. The Desire 626 Dual SIM features a 5-inch HD display with 1280 x 720 pixels resolution and a MediaTek MT6752 chipset with a 1.7GHz octa-core CPU and 2GB of RAM. Also, the smartphone has 16GB internal storage, 13-megapixel rear camera sensor, 5-megapixel front camera sensor and a 2,000mAh battery.
The Desire 728 Dual SIM has a 5.5-inch HD display, and is powered by a MediaTek MT6753 chipset with a 1.3GHz octa-core CPU, 2GB of RAM and 16GB internal storage. It has a 13-megapixel rear camera sensor, 5-megapixel front camera sensor and a 2,800mAh battery.
The smartphones have Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, A-GPS and a microUSB port with USB OTG support on the connectivity front. Besides, both are running on Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system with HTC Sense UI on top.
