HTC Desire 400 dual-SIM silently listed, features 4.3-inch display

HTC has silently added a Desire 400 dual-SIM smartphone in its list. HTC Desire 400 dual-SIM smartphone listed on the company’s Russian and Ukrainian regional websites. The Desire 400 dual-SIM features a 4.3-inch display and runs on Android Jelly Bean operating system with Sense 5 UI on the top.

HTC Desire 400 dual-SIM has a 4.3-inch display with 480 x 800 pixels (WVGA) resolution. The smartphone is powered a Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 chipset with a dual-core 1.2GHz CPU and 1GB of RAM. In terms of connectivity, there is Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, A-GPS and microUSB port. The smartphone has 4GB internal storage along with microSD card support for expansion up to 32GB. Being a dual-SIM smartphone, the smartphone has two SIM card slots and there is dual-active network connectivity.

Specifications of HTC Desire 400 dual-SIM smartphone are quite same on both the listings but details about the image sensor are not identical on the both websites. While HTC Ukraine website states that the Desire 400 has a 5-megapixel camera on the rear, the Russian website states the camera as an 8-megapixel sensor with F2.0 aperture. For VoIP, there is a 1.6-megapixel camera available on the front. The smartphone packs with an 1800mAh battery.

HTC has not yet announce any detail on the pricing and availability of the Desire 400 dual-SIM although the listing on the company’s regional websites suggests the arrival of the smartphone in both the same regions.
