HTC Desire 326G dual SIM to debut in India next month

Alongside launching the two new high-end smartphones, HTC has announced a new mid-range smartphone in India, called the HTC Desire 326G dual SIM. The company has not yet revealed any details about its price, but mentions that the new smartphone will be available in the country sometime in May.

The HTC Desire 326G dual SIM features a 4.5-inch FWGA display and is powered by a Spreadtrum SC7731G chipset that has a 1.2GHz quad-core CPU and 1GB of RAM. There is 8GB internal storage along with microSD card support for expansion up to 32GB.

HTC has provided Android KitKat operating system with its Sense UI on top and there is an ‘Easy mode’ to simplify users’ homescreen experience. The smartphone has an 8-megapixel BSI camera sensor on the rear along with an LED flash and 1080p video recording support, while a 2-megapixel camera sensor is available on the front with 720p video recording support.

The HTC Desire 326G has Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, A-GPS and a microUSB port and comes with dual-SIM support. It packs a 2,000mAh battery which is claimed to deliver up to 11 hours of talk time on 3G.

The HTC Desire 326G dual SIM will be available in India with White Birch and Black Onyx color options.
