An Indian tech company, Byond Tech recently introduces a new phablet in the Indian market with 5.7-inch display. The device is named as Phablet PII and featuring a price tag of Rs.14,999. The all new Phablet PII has a 5.7-inch HD IPS display with 1280 x 720 pixels resolution and it also feature multi-touch support as well.
The Phablet PII is powered by a 1GHz dual-core processor with 1GB of RAM and 4GB of internal storage, expandable using a microSD card. The Phablet PII comes with Android 4.1 (Jelly Bean) operating system out of the box and a number of app also pre-installed within the device including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Skype. The device is packed with a 2500mAh battery and the company claims nearly 100 hours of stand-by time.
In terms of connectivity, the Phablet PII has Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS and microUSB port. The phablet also feature dual-SIM capability with 3G support. For photography, the Phablet PII has an 8-megapixel camera on the rear along with an LED flash and a 3-megapixel front camera is also available for video chat.
