BlackBerry Z10 specs leaked, feature 4.2-inch display and 2GB RAM

Research in Motion (RIM) is going to unveil BlackBerry Z10 smartphone along with BlackBerry 10 operating system in the first month of the coming year and before the official release, specifications of the smartphone leaked. An Indian website, BBin shows the specs of the upcoming BlackBerry Z10 smartphone with some new surprised configurations for the smartphone.

According to the website, BlackBerry Z10 will feature a 4.2-inch display with impressing 1280 x 768 pixels (WXGA) resolution. The display will have a pixel density as 356 pixels per inch (PPI) and the aspect will be as 15:9. The upcoming BlackBerry Z10 is reportedly powered by TI OMAP 4470 chipset with a dual-core 1.5GHz processor (for US and Canada, Qualcomm Snapdragon MSM8960 chipset will be adopted), 2GB of RAM and 16GB /32GB internal storage along with a microSD card slot for expansion. As per the leaked report, the smartphone will also packed will sensors as ambient sensor, accelerometer, magnetometer and gyroscope.

For photography, the Z10 smartphone will have 8MP auto-focus camera on the rear with LED flash and a 2MP camera on the front. The rear camera will also support full-HD (1080p) resolution video recording. In terms of connectivity, BlackBerry Z10 will feature Wi-Fi with dual-band 802.11 a/b/g/n support, GPS, Bluetooth v4.0, NFC, a micro USB port, a micro HDMI-out port and moreover, the smartphone will also support Quad Band 4G-LTE connectivity. The leaked specs also shows the battery capacity of the upcoming Z10 with 1800mAh removable battery.

The specs are surprisingly come with some interesting inputs and the upcoming smartphone will have enough power to smoothly operate in BlackBerry 10 OS environment. As the leaked specifications are concerned, RIM uses impressive display with a bunch of powerful inputs to be up in the market with BlackBerry Z10 during the year 2013. Well, the event is not much far away as the company is going to unveil the new operating system with some new smartphones including BlackBerry Z10 on 30th January, coming year, as per the invitation, so just wait for more information and stay tuned.
