BlackBerry India is all set to launch the latest BlackBerry 10 smartphone in the country. The concern has already sent us the invite for the event which is going to take place on February 25th in Mumbai and the BlackBerry Z10 will be the first in the BlackBerry 10 smartphone series to hit the Indian market. Of course, India is one of the first country to get the BlackBerry 10 experience as the operating system along with the BlackBerry Z10 and the BlackBerry Q10 was globally announced few weeks back.
However, the invite does not says much about the launch of the BlackBerry Z10 but the description shadows some detail. The invite says;
“Get set for the BlackBerry Experience”
To distribute the BlackBerry Z10 and other upcoming smartphones flawlessly in the Indian market and also to provide enhanced customer support, BlackBerry has also reportedly partnered with Redington which is also Apple’s authorised distributor in the country. The BlackBerry Z10 smartphone would hit the Indian stores within few days and as the company speedily set to launch the BlackBerry Z10, we also presume that the QWERTY version, BlackBerry Q10 will also soon available in the market.
As a recap, the BlackBerry Z10 is the latest flagship smartphone based on the BlackBerry 10 OS, it feature a full-touch 4.2-inch display with 1280 x 768 pixels resolution. The BlackBerry Z10 is powered by a dual-core 1.5GHz processor with 2GB of RAM and there is 16GB of internal storage along with a microSD card support for expansion. For photography, BlackBerry has used an 8-megapixel camera on the rear along with an LED flash and a 2-megapixel camera on the front. With the BB10 OS, the BlackBerry Z10 supports all the latest features such as the all new BlackBerry Messenger (BBM), BlackBerry Float, BlackBerry Peak and BlackBerry Hub.
