Asus has launched the ZenPad C 7.0 in India with a price tag of Rs. 7,999. The new ZenPad tablet features a 7-inch display and runs on Android Lollipop operating system.

The Asus ZenPad C 7.0 has an IPS display panel with 1024 x 600 pixels (WSVGA) resolution that develops 170ppi of pixel density. There is an anti-fingerprint coating on top and the display panel supports Zen Motion touch gestures as well as multi-touch operations. Under the hood, there is a MediaTek MT8382V/W chipset that has a 1.3GHz quad-core Cortex A7 CPU.

Asus has provided 8GB on-board storage on the ZenPad C 7.0 that can be expanded up to 64GB via microSD card. The tablet additionally has 16GB Asus Web Storage space and 100GB of Google Drive space. There is ZenUI 2.0 on top of Android Lollipop operating system that brings over 1,000 software enhancements and proprietary features.

The tablet has a 5-megapixel rear camera sensor with Asus’ PixelMaster technology. A secondary camera sensor is available on the front to let you capture selfies and enable video chats. Besides, there is a 3,450mAh Li-polymer battery that delivers up to 8.5 hours of backup on a single charge.
