Will iPhone 5S have ‘Dual Shot’ feature?

According to a report by iOSDoc, purportedly an Apple software engineer has leaked that Apple is making efforts to add Dual Shot feature in the next version of iOS, for the upcoming iPhone 5S. The report also stated that the iPhone 5S will have an improved 2-megapixel sensor on the front which make the feature possible on the next generation iPhone. As we have earlier seen somehow identical feature in Samsung Galaxy S4 and LG Optimus G Pro, the Dual Shot feature in the iPhone 5S is rumoured to have an ability to use both, the front and the rear camera at the same time, simultaneously.

On the downside, being the new flagship smartphone, the upcoming iPhone 5S will only exclusively have the Dual Shot feature, while the iPhone 5 and previous versions would not have such a new feature. The source has suggested that Apple is likely to add the new Dual Shot feature in the upcoming iOS 7 and expected to unveil the same during WWDC 2013 but as the feature is still in the pipeline, it is difficult to make a strict word. The buzz also stated that if the feature will not be integrated within the next generation iOS 7, then it would be the major addition in the iOS 7.1.

However, it is still a rumour that Apple will add Dual Shot feature in the upcoming iPhone, so take it just as a pinch of salt with our earlier reported buzzes. If the rumour turn true, the iPhone 5S seem to be persuaded by the some of the high-end Android devices.
