Acer Liquid Z410 smartphone with 64-bit MediaTek MT6732 SoC announced at CES 2015

Acer joined the ongoing CES 2015 with announcing its Liquid Z410 smartphone. The smartphone runs on Android 4.4 KitKat operating system.

Acer Liquid Z410 features a 4.5-inch display with 960 x 540 pixels (qHD) resolution. There is a 64-bit MediaTek 6732 SoC which is powering the smartphone with a quad-core CPU and Mali 760 GPU.

The company has not yet revealed any details about the available RAM and storage space on the Liquid Z410. However, it says that the smartphone has a 5-megapixel rear camera sensor along with an LED flash and a 2-megapixel front camera sensor.

The Liquid Z410 has an integrated DTS Studio Sound technology and sports dual-speakers on its front to produce enhanced audio. It packs with a battery pack which is claimed to deliver up to 5.5 hours of talk time or up to 400 hours of standby time on a single charge.

The smartphone has a couple of Acer’s proprietary offerings which include AcerRAPID key for quick access to customisable actions and Acer QuickTouch integration to enable gesture controls. In addition, there is AcerEXTEND which lets users control the smartphone through their Windows-based PC using a data cable or an active Wi-Fi connection.

The Liquid Z410 will be available in Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) regions starting February with an estimated price tag of €129 (approximately Rs. 9,767).
